55+ clients served 80+ projects delivered 6+ years building 24h to a fixed quote
01

Full Stack Development

Web apps and SaaS, end to end

Own SaaS in production Get a fixed quote
React Next.js Vue.js Node.js PHP PostgreSQL MySQL REST APIs
What it is

When the product is the software (a SaaS, a customer portal, a booking or membership platform), I build the whole stack: interface, API, database, sign-in, billing and deployment. One engineer owns every layer, so nothing gets lost between a frontend team and a backend team, and you always know who to ask.

What you get
  • Frontend in React, Next.js or Vue.js, responsive and accessible
  • Backend APIs in Node.js or PHP
  • Database design built for next year’s data, not just launch day
  • Sign-in, user roles and account management
  • Subscription billing and one-off payments
  • AI features: generation, search and assistants on your own data
  • Deployment, monitoring and handover documentation
Best for
  • Founders who need a working MVP, not a clickable prototype
  • Businesses that need a customer portal or internal platform
  • Ideas that don’t fit inside WordPress or Shopify

Shopify Development

Stores built to sell

Typical build: 3–4 weeks Get a fixed quote
Shopify Liquid Online Store 2.0 JavaScript Shopify Admin API Webhooks
What it is

Custom Shopify themes, store builds and the integrations behind them. The goal is a store that sells: fast product pages, a clear path to checkout, and back-office connections so nobody retypes an order. I also built Buy Buddy, an AI sales assistant running on live Shopify stores, so I design around how shoppers actually decide.

What you get
  • Custom theme with Online Store 2.0 sections your team can rearrange
  • Speed and UX work on the theme you already have
  • Product, collection and catalogue setup or migration
  • App and API integrations: logistics, ERP, reviews, email
  • An AI sales assistant that answers from your real catalogue
  • Conversion work on product, cart and checkout paths
  • Store migrations from other platforms, with redirects
Best for
  • Brands launching their first serious store
  • Stores stuck on a slow, bloated premium theme
  • Merchants who need the store talking to a warehouse or ERP

03

WordPress (ACF) Development

Sites your team can run themselves

Typical build: 4–8 weeks Get a fixed quote
WordPress PHP ACF Pro WooCommerce WPML MySQL JavaScript
What it is

Hand-built WordPress themes with an Advanced Custom Fields section builder. Your team adds and reorders pre-styled sections and publishes on their own, so content never waits on a developer. Because content lives in structured fields rather than page-builder shortcodes, the next redesign is a restyle, not a rebuild.

What you get
  • A custom theme with no Elementor or Divi underneath
  • An ACF section builder your team can’t break (80+ layouts on enterprise builds)
  • Custom post types for listings, products, courses or locations, with filters and search
  • Technical SEO and Core Web Vitals built in from day one
  • Security hardening and a minimal plugin footprint
  • Integrations: payments, maps, CRMs, booking and forms
  • Multilingual sites (English, Thai, Chinese) with proper hreflang
  • Training and handover so your team is self-sufficient
Best for
  • Content-heavy sites updated every week
  • Banks, schools and institutions that need governance and security
  • Anyone escaping a slow page-builder site

SEO & Performance

Found on Google, cited by AI

Google + AI search Get a fixed quote
Search Console GA4 Schema.org / JSON-LD PageSpeed Insights Lighthouse llms.txt
What it is

Technical SEO and speed work, for new builds or sites that already exist. That covers what Google needs to crawl, understand and rank your pages (structured data, clean indexing, fast Core Web Vitals) plus the newer layer: making your site easy for ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews to cite.

What you get
  • Technical fixes: indexing, canonicals, redirects and sitemaps
  • Structured data for your business, services, products, articles and FAQs
  • Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) measured and fixed
  • Image and asset optimisation
  • AI search readiness: AI-crawler access, llms.txt, answer-ready content
  • SEO-safe migrations with a full redirect map
  • Search Console and GA4 set up so you can see the results
Best for
  • Sites Google isn’t indexing or ranking
  • Traffic that dropped after a redesign or migration
  • Businesses that want to show up in AI answers

Nutrition Depot Asia

Wix to WordPress rebuild for a nutrition brand: a canonical, Open Graph and JSON-LD engine, a fixed sitemap and robots file, and 301s carrying every old Wix URL across.

Living Extra website

Living Extra

A property portal built for search: its own sitemap covering thousands of listings, RealEstateListing and agent schema, and hreflang for the Thai version of every page.

Oriental Living

Furniture retailer: showroom and product schema, redirects for dead URLs, 410s for leftover spam URLs, and an llms.txt so answer engines read the catalogue. Shipped as must-use plugins so updates can’t wipe them.

05

Custom Software & Systems

Tools built around how you work

Built around your workflow Get a fixed quote
PHP Node.js Python FastAPI JavaScript REST APIs MySQL SQLite
What it is

Configurators, quote tools, dashboards, middleware and automation for the work your team still does by hand. Built on top of the platforms you already use (your store, your CMS, your spreadsheets) instead of forcing you to replace them.

What you get
  • Custom web applications built around your workflow
  • Product configurators and quote tools that price live
  • API integrations and middleware between systems that don’t talk
  • Admin dashboards and internal tools
  • Automation for tasks your team repeats every week
  • Data pipelines: imports, exports and syncs with third parties
Best for
  • Teams running a core process on spreadsheets
  • Businesses retyping orders from one system into another
  • Companies whose customers wait days for a manual quote

Website Full Audit

Know what’s broken, and what to fix first

Prioritised fix report Get a fixed quote
Lighthouse PageSpeed Insights Search Console Playwright WCAG 2.2
What it is

A full diagnostic of your existing site across design, performance, SEO, security and accessibility, tested at real phone, tablet and desktop widths instead of guessed from a single score. You get a prioritised report: what’s broken, why it matters, and what to fix first. It’s the same pass I run before touching any project.

What you get
  • Design and UX consistency review
  • Performance and Core Web Vitals measurement
  • Security review: exposed files, outdated plugins, risky config
  • Technical SEO review: indexing, metadata, structured data
  • Accessibility check against WCAG
  • Layout testing across real phone, tablet and desktop widths
  • A prioritised fix list you can hand to any developer, or have me fix
Best for
  • Before a redesign, so you know what’s worth keeping
  • After a drop in traffic, leads or sales
  • When taking over a site from another developer
Proof

Pre-launch audit: language school rebuild

16 issues found across SEO, security and layout before go-live. 12 were fixed before launch, the rest scheduled.

07

Website Maintenance & Care

Someone watching your site every week

Monthly, no lock-in Get a fixed quote
WordPress WooCommerce Shopify WP-CLI Wordfence UptimeRobot
What it is

A site left alone drifts. Plugins fall behind, backups quietly stop running, a contact form breaks and nobody notices for a month. A care plan means updates happen on a schedule with a backup taken first, the site gets checked every week, and when something does break you already have a developer who knows the build.

What you get
  • WordPress core, theme, plugin and WooCommerce updates, backup taken first
  • Daily or weekly backups kept off the server
  • Uptime monitoring with alerts, so I hear about downtime before you do
  • Weekly security and malware scans
  • Speed and Core Web Vitals checks
  • Broken link and contact form checks
  • Bug fixes and small changes on request
  • A plain-English monthly report of what was done
Best for
  • Businesses with no developer in-house
  • Stores where an hour of downtime costs real money
  • Sites running plugins nobody has updated in a year

08

AI Chatbots & Automation

A salesperson that never sleeps

Live on client stores Get a fixed quote
Shopify WordPress LLM APIs Product-grounded retrieval Node.js JavaScript
What it is

Most website chat is either a human who is asleep or a bot that invents answers. I build assistants grounded in your real catalogue and content, so they answer with your actual products, stock and prices, narrow a big range down to a short list, and hand over to a human when it matters. Buy Buddy, the one I built, runs on live Shopify stores today.

What you get
  • An assistant grounded in your real products and content, not a generic model
  • Answers in the customer’s own words, inside and outside working hours
  • Narrows a large catalogue to a shortlist and links straight to the product
  • Installed into your Shopify theme or WordPress site
  • Lead capture and handoff to your inbox when a human is needed
  • Guardrails so it says “I don’t know” instead of inventing an answer
  • Tuning after launch, based on what people actually ask it
Best for
  • Stores with a large or technical catalogue
  • Businesses answering the same questions every single day
  • Sites getting traffic well outside office hours
Proof

Buy Buddy

Hacked Site Recovery & Security

Cleaned up, closed up, locked down

Fast turnaround Get a fixed quote
WordPress Wordfence WP-CLI nginx Apache Search Console
What it is

A hacked site usually shows up as spam pages in Google results, a warning in Search Console, or a suspension from your host. Cleaning the damage is only half the job: if the way in stays open, it comes back next month. I remove what was injected, close the hole, harden what allowed it, and make sure search engines drop the spam URLs instead of keeping them indexed.

What you get
  • Malware and injected spam content removed
  • Spam URLs returned as 410 so search engines drop them for good
  • Exposed files locked down: backups, config copies, debug logs, theme archives
  • Login and admin hardening, least-privilege accounts, default names changed
  • Core, theme and plugin updates, with abandoned plugins replaced
  • Security headers and file permissions corrected
  • A written record of what was found and exactly what changed
Best for
  • Sites showing spam pages in Google results
  • A security notice or manual action in Search Console
  • Any site inherited from a developer whose history you don’t know
Proof
I Square website

I Square

Security hardening on a live production server: exposed files removed, admin access tightened, and every change documented for handover.

Oriental Living

Leftover spam URLs returned as 410 and the fixes shipped as must-use plugins, so a theme or plugin update can’t quietly undo them.

10

Hosting & Server Setup

Set up once, properly

Migrations without downtime Get a fixed quote
DigitalOcean nginx Apache Cloudflare SSH WP-CLI
What it is

Cheap shared hosting is usually why a well-built site still feels slow, and a rushed migration is why a well-ranked site disappears from Google for a fortnight. I provision the server, move the site with its URLs, redirects and email intact, and hand you the keys — every account in your name.

What you get
  • Server provisioning and configuration: nginx or Apache, PHP, caching
  • Domain, DNS and SSL set up and verified
  • Migration with no downtime and no lost URLs
  • A staging environment that matches production
  • Automated backups you can actually restore from
  • Email routing kept working through the move
  • Everything in your name — you own the hosting, not me
Best for
  • Sites that have outgrown shared hosting
  • Anyone changing host, domain or platform
  • Teams who need somewhere safe to test before going live
Proof
I Square website

I Square

Deployed to its own server: nginx, SSL, a repeatable deployment routine and a backup taken before every release.

Living Extra website

Living Extra

Launch handled as a one-line server switch rather than a DNS change, so there was no propagation window and no dark period for the live site.

11

Multilingual Websites

Built for more than one market

EN / TH / CN / MM Get a fixed quote
WordPress WPML ACF hreflang Custom i18n routing
What it is

A translated site is more than swapped text. Each language needs its own URL and metadata, plus an hreflang signal so Google serves the right version to the right country. I build it so each language can be edited independently, and so a missing translation never leaves a half-English page in front of a customer.

What you get
  • WPML, or a lighter custom setup when a plugin would be overkill
  • A real URL per language, not a query string bolted on the end
  • hreflang and per-language canonicals so search engines serve the right version
  • A switcher that keeps the visitor on the page they were reading
  • Per-language content, menus and forms your team can edit
  • Fallbacks so a missing translation never renders a broken page
  • Thai and Chinese typography that reads properly, not just renders
Best for
  • Brands selling into Thailand and abroad at the same time
  • Schools and clinics with both local and international audiences
  • Any business whose customers don’t all read English
Proof
Living Extra website

Living Extra

A Thai version of every page with its own routing, hreflang and self-canonicals, and English schema names kept underneath so search engines read the listings correctly.

Language school rebuild

English and Thai carried across a section builder of 85 layouts, so their team edits either language without a developer and without breaking the page.

Process

How Every Project Runs

The same four stages whichever service you pick, and one engineer from the first message to launch.

01

Brief & Fixed Quote

Send a short brief. Within 24 hours you get a scope, timeline and fixed price: what's included, what isn't, and what happens if the scope changes.

02

Plan & Design

We agree structure, content and design before any code is written, so nothing gets discovered halfway through the build.

03

Build on Staging

Work happens on a private staging link you can check at any time. Nothing touches your live site until you sign it off.

04

Launch & Handover

Launch checks, redirects and indexing verified, then training and documentation. Code, hosting and domain stay in your name.

FAQ

Questions Clients Ask First

Answered straight, before you ever get on a call.

Tell me what you are trying to do, not which technology you think you need. Content-heavy sites usually fit WordPress, selling products fits Shopify, and anything with its own logic — accounts, pricing rules, workflows — is custom software. I will recommend the simplest option that does the job, even when it is the smaller one.

Yes, and most projects do. A store usually needs an integration, and a rebuild usually needs SEO and a migration. You get one quote, one timeline and one person responsible for all of it.

Every project gets a fixed price after a short brief, usually within 24 hours. The quote spells out what is included, what is not, and what happens if the scope changes. No hourly surprises.

Shopify stores typically take 3 to 4 weeks and WordPress builds 4 to 8 weeks. Audits and smaller fixes are faster; custom software depends entirely on scope. Your quote includes a week-by-week timeline.

You do. The code, the hosting account and the domain are yours, in your name. There is no lock-in, and any competent developer can pick the project up after me.

Yes. That starts with the full audit above, so you get an honest picture of what you have inherited and a prioritised fix list before anyone spends money on changes.

Yes. I have delivered projects for businesses in Myanmar, Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore and the UK, working in English over email and shared project tools.

Every build includes a support period for bug fixes and small adjustments. After that, ongoing maintenance is available monthly or hourly, with no lock-in contract.
